About the project (provided by the applicant) Sydney Prime is a premium residential quarter in the Khoroshyovo-Mnyovniki district of Moscow. It was built as part of the large-scale Sydney City residential complex and is located on the first line of the Shelepikhinskaya Embankment. The project is realized under a comprehensive wellbeing concept, enhanced by privacy and uncompromising project quality. The total area of the two Sydney Prime buildings is 15,500 sq.m., housing 80 apartments with unique layouts. The upper floors feature duplex apartments with ceiling heights from 6.75 to 7.9 meters and terraces. The underground level accommodates parking for 113 cars.
The architectural style of this premium quarter by FSK Group follows modernist principles. The exterior facades are finished with ceramic facing brick, decorative concrete panels with white stone finish, and brass-colored composite façade panels. The complex is fully enclosed and private, with functional zones and landscaped spaces including a pond and gardens.
